Artiste française née en 1981, Elvire Bonduelle est diplômée des Beaux-arts de Paris et  de l’École des Arts-décoratifs de Paris. Elle réalise des œuvres à travers lesquelles se déclinent des questions relatives au confort, au conformisme et à la norme, à la liberté des usages et des attitudes dans l’espace domestique. Ses œuvres aux supports et échelles variés, prennent des formes allant de l’objet à l’architecture : tableaux, dessins, lampes, sculptures côtoient fauteuils, fresques, livres d’art et balcons dans une œuvre brouillant joyeusement les frontières entre Beaux-arts et arts décoratifs.

French artist born in 1981, Elvire Bonduelle graduated from the Beaux-Arts of Paris and the École des Arts Décoratifs of Paris. She creates works through which questions related to conformity and norms, as well as the freedom of usage and attitudes in domestic space, are explored. Her pieces, spanning various mediums and scales, take forms ranging from objects to architecture: paintings, drawings, lamps, sculptures coexist with armchairs, murals, art books, and balconies in a body of work that playfully blurs the boundaries between fine arts and decorative arts.
